At Ambler Mobility Pvt. Ltd., we aim to provide the best possible experience for our users. We understand that plans may change, and we have designed a refund policy that is fair and transparent for both Ambler Spaces and Vehicle Rentals.

By booking a service through our website, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable for:

Cancellations made by the customer within the eligible time window

Service disruptions caused by Ambler (e.g., vehicle malfunction, space unavailability)

Duplicate or accidental payments made through our platform
Refunds will not be processed for:

Partial use of a booking

Services cancelled after the start time/date

Bookings cancelled due to violation of Terms & Conditions
2. Cancellation and Refund Timeline
a. For Ambler Vehicle Rentals

3–6 days 50%

b. For Ambler Spaces Bookings
Cancellation Time Before Start Time Refund Percentage
5+ days 70%
2–4 days 50%
Less than 48 hours No refund

Note: For custom or bulk bookings (e.g., pre-wedding shoots, multi-day events), cancellation terms may differ and will be shared individually.
3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed once, free of charge, if requested at least 72 hours before the booking time.

Any subsequent change or a change made within 72 hours may incur a rescheduling fee or be considered a cancellation.

Rescheduled bookings are non-refundable if cancelled later.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Refunds for Service Issues
In case of genuine service-related issues (e.g., mechanical failure, double booking), Ambler will offer:

Full or partial refund based on the extent of the inconvenience

Alternative vehicle or space (subject to availability)

Rescheduling at no additional cost
All claims must be submitted with evidence (photos, videos, incident details) within 24 hours of the issue.
6. Force Majeure
Ambler shall not be liable for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, road closures, political unrest, or extreme weather. Refunds in such cases will be evaluated individually and are not guaranteed.
